Siding Installation & Repair in Belleville, IL & St. Louis

iRestore STL installs, replaces, and repairs residential siding across the Metro East and Greater St. Louis area. We take on siding-only jobs as well as combined roof-and-siding projects after storm damage. Same crew, same licensed and insured operation, same direct approach we use on every roof.

Siding Services We Offer

  • Full siding replacement — old siding removed down to the sheathing, new house wrap installed, new siding installed with proper flashing around windows and doors.
  • Storm damage siding repair — replacing panels damaged by hail, wind, or flying debris, color-matched to existing siding where possible.
  • Partial replacement — replacing a single wall or elevation that's reached end-of-life while preserving the rest.
  • Trim and accent repair — corner trim, J-channel, soffit, and fascia replacement.
  • Insurance claim siding work — leveraging our Licensed Public Adjuster expertise to make sure siding damage is fully documented and covered.

Siding Materials We Install

  • Vinyl siding — the most common residential choice. Low maintenance, wide selection of colors and profiles, competitive pricing. Modern vinyl performs much better than older generations against hail and UV.
  • Board and batten — vertical boards with raised battens between them. A traditional, farmhouse-leaning look that has come back strongly, and it breaks up a large flat elevation better than horizontal lap does.
  • Polymer shake and shingle — CertainTeed Cedar Impressions. The look of milled cedar shake without the maintenance, and considerably better impact resistance than real wood. Popular on gables, dormers and accent walls.
  • Insulated vinyl — vinyl bonded to rigid foam backing for improved energy efficiency and impact resistance.

Those three cover most of what we install. If your home calls for something else, ask — we can source and fit other specialist products, we just do not pretend they are the everyday choice.

We install CertainTeed siding, one of the largest and longest-established manufacturers in North America. Sticking to a manufacturer of that size matters for a practical reason: their product warranties are worth something years later, and matching colors and profiles are still available when a panel needs replacing after a storm.

We'll walk you through the trade-offs based on your home, your budget, and how long you plan to stay in it. No pressure to upgrade beyond what makes sense.

Warranty

Two warranties cover a siding job, and they cover different things. It is worth knowing which is which before you need either of them.

  • The manufacturer's warranty covers the siding itself — fading, cracking, and defects in the material. CertainTeed publish their terms by product line, and we will tell you exactly which applies to the material going on your house before you sign.
  • Our labor warranty covers the installation, for two years on every siding project we do. If something fails because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right. No argument about whether it was the product or the crew.

That split is the one most homeowners get caught by. A product warranty does not help you if the problem is the installation, and plenty of contractors do not offer anything on their own labor at all.

Storm Damage Siding Claims

Hail and high winds frequently damage siding in the same storm that damages a roof — but insurance adjusters often miss or under-scope the siding. As a Licensed Public Adjuster, iRestore STL's owner knows exactly what to document and how to push back when siding damage gets ignored. If your roof was damaged in a recent storm, your siding should be inspected at the same time. There's no extra cost for the combined inspection.

Why Homeowners Choose Us for Siding

  • Licensed and insured
  • Same crew that handles your roof — one point of contact for combined exterior projects
  • Licensed Public Adjuster on the team for insurance claim siding work
  • Honest scoping — we'll tell you when a partial repair is the right call instead of pushing a full replacement
  • Locally owned and operated in Belleville, IL — not a storm chaser
  • Flexible financing for larger projects
