Sign your contract by November 30, 2026. The work can be scheduled after that.
What counts for the 15% siding offer?
A complete siding removal and replacement on the entire main structure of the home. Partial siding, repairs, garages and outbuildings on their own are not included.
What is the GAF Silver Pledge upgrade?
GAF’s Silver Pledge is an enhanced warranty that adds 10 years of workmanship coverage on top of the lifetime product warranty (15 years on Timberline UHDZ). It requires a qualifying GAF roofing system installed by a GAF certified contractor. Through November 30 we upgrade a new roof to Silver Pledge at no additional cost.

Call us and we will go through it for your project. If you served and now work as a first responder, or you are doing roof and siding together, we will tell you plainly what applies rather than hide it in fine print.
