Kirk worked tirelessly to get my roof covered by Allstate. even getting an adjuster to personally come out to show him why just patching wouldn't work due to the old shingles. His crew was professional and did my story and a half in one day including tearing the old shingles off. They used high quality materials and my roof looks great! I recommend them highly!!

IRestore STL was a company we had not heard about in the past. From the beginning of the process, between the owner and his staff, they were extremely knowledgeable (assisting with the insurance company and building products and execution), hardworking and always available to answer any questions. Our Roof and gutters were completed in a reasonable amount of time and look/work great. I highly recommend this company!

My home was hit by the July 17th 2023 hailstorm. Kyle Naes inspected my roof and found a lot of hail damage. He contacted my insurance for me which made the claim process simple. On the day of the roof installation when the crew started tearing off the old shingles they discovered that my entire roof decking needed to be replaced. The reason for this was because there was a bunch of broken rotted out boards and gaps in the decking, the decking was all original from 1956. The crew worked nonstop replacing the decking and made sure everything was done correctly. Their attention to detail was amazing and I'm pretty sure I have the best looking roof on the street now! Kirk and all of his employees are the best in the business!
It was a blessing that I came across this company. Their main purpose is to help people. Kirk and his guys helped me fight to get what was rightfully owed so that my home could be safer for my children and myself. And the work they did, so beautifully executed. Professional attitudes from start to finish. We started as customer and business but now it feels more like family. I’d recommend them 10 times over. 20 stars out of 5. The experience was great, they were very helpful and understanding… I needed my roof done and I only had half because I was awaiting the rest but he took a chance and allowed me to pay the remaining when I received it and I really appreciated that and they did an amazing job… the owner was a great person and he was funny it wasn’t all about business but it was… he didn’t mind having a conversation with you which was cool because I’m a talker and I love a good story… I would refer anyone to them…They made my experience great and I'm thankful ☺️

We had the best experience with iRestore Stl. Kyle came out and looked at the roof and found hail and wind damage. He went over all the options and even got on the call to help with the insurance claim. Kyle came out and met with the insurance adjuster in case they had any questions. The work was done quickly and we love the new roof.
I first heard of iRestore Stl about a year ago when they were hired by almost everyone in the neighborhood needing a new roof due to hail damage. They came highly recommended by everyone when I needed a new roof due to the hail. My biggest concern about hiring a roofing company was making a down payment and then hoping the job would be done, and also the quality of work. They have been awesome from beginning to end, and have proven to be very trustworthy. Everything was done as promised, they were great at working with the insurance company, and the roof looks terrific. The workers putting on the roof were non-stop, and they came back on a Saturday working most of the day to finish the job. After finishing the roof, they cleaned up especially well too. I highly recommend iRestore Stl!
We had hail damage to our roof and Irestore came out and put a new roof on for us. Kirk and Mark made everything real easy and painless. The carpenters that came out were very professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards.
We had our roof done about six months ago. This company was by far the most responsive and got the ball rolling immediately. A human being answered the phone. Got a person to the house the following day. Had a quote within a few days, and went to their office to discuss. You get to see your home with the roof and choose options, colors, warranty. All great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Project was scheduled for two weeks later, done in one day. Prices were a wee bit better than expected. Although we didn’t need any plywood replaced I did notice that their cost per board was better than some of the other quotes we received. All of this was outstanding. There were a few hiccups. I was disappointed when a crew of non communicative men showed up at my house a day early at 8 am (the day we intended to move and protect outdoor items and vehicles) and began tearing shingles off without so much as a knock on the door. Thankfully we were home and scrambled to move our vehicles and cover stuff before they damaged anything. Some trim they put up was the wrong color and a couple phone calls got that fixed. They did offer a $500 discount if I would keep what was already put up. I declined but appreciated the offer. During signing we were told they would “throw in” enough shingles to do our little shed so it would match as a bonus but this was forgotten. I let it go as I just wanted to be done at that point.We are pleased with our roof. We would hire them again.I would insist that on site communication be better.

He walked us through the process of making a claim & has been by our side to ensure we are being treated fairly. I can't say enough about the kindness, expertise, & integrity of this company! We used Irestore for damage to our roof due to storms, wind, and hail damage. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They helped file our claim, (if you would like), and when we needed additional information due to problems with our coverage and claim, they were very helpful to get the information to us and our insurance. They were very patient with our insurance company, and delivered the service on time and quickly as stated. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. We would use them again.L & R

I am so grateful for iRestore! We went in to talk to them about gutters but discovered our roof was in much worse condition than we had known. My heart sank. We couldn't afford a roof. Kirk was amazing and went above and beyond with filing an insurance claim. Our insurance definitely made it a very difficult process, but Kirk, Mike, and everyone at iRestore were with us each step of the way. Our new roof looks absolutely amazing 😍 I keep telling everyone I know to go with iRestore! They are the best!

I want to leave a review for IRestore regarding my experience.I knew I needed a roof and scheduled an inspection. There was evidence of hail and wind damage all over the place and they discovered it quickly.The company contacted my insurance company (State Farm) sent an adjuster to inspect the roof to discern how much if any the insurance company will cover. Before my own insurance adjuster got out of his vehicle (without even entering my property for inspection) was already saying we weren’t getting a roof. I want to say that I believe in this company because of how they treated my girlfriend and I, and for how hard they fought my insurance on my behalf for them to cover what I have them insure me for.I know everyone’s case is different per circumstances, insurance provider, time and finances. This company worked hard and the insurance ended up covering the cost of the roof. I had to pay the deductible. What a blessing indeed and I feel blessed to have found them. It all started with me investigating roofing companies based on reviews and they were one of the few with many, exceptional reviews. It is evident by their customer service, their passion for their customers, the quality product they deliver (which it looks amazing, totally impressed). It was their efforts and service that won me over so much I wanted to join the team. Maybe I can help others as I feel they helped me. Helping others is easily something that I can be proud of.
iRestore is the REAL DEAL!I called the owner, Kirk, after another roofing company came to my house and told me I had hail damage...I've been warned about storm chasers in the past, and it turns out this company was one of them - and not licensed to work in IL.Kirk and his team came to my house, gave me an estimate, got my downspouts covered by insurance (previously denied by the other company), and completed the job in 2 days!The owner and his rep, Mike, checked in often and followed up to ensure we were happy after the job was done. They were professional, friendly, easy to work with and picked up after themselves.MY ROOF LOOKS AMAZING!!! I highly recommend Kirk and the iRestore team.
I am the administrator of a nonprofit nursing home. Kirk went above and beyond for our residents. Not only does our roof look phenomenal, but he fought for us with our insurance company to ensure they paid what we were entitled to. Our whole roof had to be replaced. They were fast, efficient, and so professional. The process of looking for a roofer who is reliable and trustworthy can be overwhelming..... Kirk and his team made us feel comfortable, helped us understand what was going on, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new roof. I also think it needs mentioned how well they cleaned up after they were finished. We did not find any debris around the building, which is a huge deal since we care for the elderly. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND
iRestore was recommended to me by neighbors. Jake came out and inspected my roof, helped me call my insurance, and walked me through everything to expect. He kept me informed and checked in often throughout the whole process. The roof and gutters were installed professionally and beautifully and the crew cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I am so pleased with this company! Kirk answered my call for help immediately. Throughout the process of picking a roof I would love, going through pricing, and recognizing I am a widower who was very on edge about entrusting my roof repairs to anyone, he was phenomenal! He helped with dealing with my insurance, and making sure my out of pocket wasn't too much for my budget. I felt very safe in their hands. I was never left out of the loop. I had Kirk's personal cell phone number and he always replied same day when I had concerns being new to the process. His installers were very clean with the job, they stayed late knowing I was on a timeline, and answered any questions I had.Kirk even got me an amazing military discount then, went above and beyond to get an even better discount with the company who manufactured the roofing material knowing I was a widowed disabled veterans spouse.Truly, even if money is a big concern and your working with a budget.. call them! My new roof looks absolutely beautiful. I truly saw that there are amazing caring people out there.
We had a great experience with iRestore STL for our home's full roof replacement. Our contractor, Greg, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful from the initial roof inspection through the completion of the project. This included assisting us with the filing of our insurance claim (as our roof was damaged) and he also did a great job walking through the overall cost of the project. The install team was very professional and performed high quality work in a very efficient manner. We were impressed with iRestore and would certainly recommend to others.
